If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@gogramin.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

2. In your email, provide the following details:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for requesting the deletion (optional)

Processing Timeline & Data Retention:

• Processing Time: Your request will be processed within 30 days.
• Data that will be deleted: All account-related data, including profile information, transaction history, and any personal identifiers.
• Data that may be retained: Some records, such as transaction history or past communications, may be kept for legal or regulatory reasons but will be anonymized.
• Retention Period: Certain data may be stored for up to 12 months as required by law or for auditing purposes.
